Longevity Academy is an educational platform created by experts from the Longevity Center Europe. The center is a pioneering medical concept where patients undergo a thorough health analysis and receive personalized interventions tailored to correct health issues, improve their mental and physiological performance, and reduce their aging rate.

At the Academy, we aim to share our expertise with the medical world and promote the shift from sick care to preventive medicine. Longevity Method

The Longevity Method was developed by the medical and scientific experts at the Longevity Center. Its protocols are designed to reduce biological age by examining, identifying, and addressing the key factors that influence aging. We utilize biological age clocks to assess an individual’s current health status and to monitor progress toward a longer, healthier life.

Dariusz Sołdacki, MD PhD

Program Director at Longevity Academy,
Medical Director at Longevity Center Europe,
Specialist in internal diseases and clinical immunology. He is a member of the Polish Society of Clinical and Experimental Immunology, the European Immunodeficiency Society, the Polish Society of Allergology, and the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology (EEACI). His clinical interests focus on the diagnosis and treatment of primary and secondary immunodeficiencies, as well as allergology.

Eric Verdin, MD

CEO/President of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging 
Dr. Eric Verdin is a renowned physician and scientist specializing in aging and metabolic research. As the President and CEO of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, he leads groundbreaking studies on the molecular mechanisms of aging, with a focus on promoting longevity and preventing age-related diseases.

Wanda Baltaza, MD PhD

Director of Longevity at Longevity Academy & Longevity Center
World-class clinical dietitian and lecturer at the Medical University of Warsaw and the University of Information Technology and Management (UITM). Host of the television program A Diet or Miracle on the Polish TV station TVN Style. Author of scientific publications, conference reports, and educational courses, as well as articles and media appearances. She works professionally with a wide range of patients, including individuals with chronic diseases, obesity, athletes, and children.
