What's included in the course?

This course introduces the core principles of longevity-focused medicine, including biological age assessment, early risk detection, and personalized intervention strategies.
You will learn how to use biological age as a practical clinical tool and how to integrate longevity thinking into everyday patient care. Through real clinical examples and the Longevity Center model, you will gain insight into diagnostic pathways, decision-making frameworks, and solutions used in modern longevity practices. 
By the end of the course, you will understand the fundamentals of longevity-focused medicine and gain practical insight into how selected elements can be introduced into everyday clinical practice. This training also serves as a foundation for those who may wish to further develop expertise in longevity medicine or explore the possibility of building a longevity-focused service or clinic in the future.

Dariusz Sołdacki, MD, PhD

Longevity Academy Program Director, Medical Director at Longevity Center
Specialist in internal diseases and clinical immunology. He is a member of the Polish Society of Clinical and Experimental Immunology, the European Immunodeficiency Society, the Polish Society of Allergology, and the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology (EEACI). His clinical interests focus on the diagnosis and treatment of primary and secondary immunodeficiencies, as well as allergology.

Wanda Baltaza, PhD

Longevity Nutrition Director at Longevity Center
Clinical dietitian and lecturer at the Medical University of Warsaw. Host of the television program A Diet or Miracle on the Polish TV station TVN Style. Author of scientific publications, conference reports, and educational courses, as well as articles and media appearances. She works professionally with a wide range of patients, including individuals with chronic diseases, obesity, athletes, and children.

Robert Jarema, MD, PhD

Longevity Doctor at Longevity Center
Longevity doctor, with over 25 years of clinical experience, specializing in urology, andrology, infertility treatment, and male hormone therapy. He has completed numerous international internships, including ones at Institut Mutualiste Montsouris in Paris, Beijing Hospital, Northwestern University in Chicago, and the University of Cambridge, which prepared him to skillfully integrate diverse medical approaches with the latest advancements in science and technology.

A graduate of the Medical University of Poznań, she completed postgraduate training in Philadelphia and specializes in endocrinology and anti-aging medicine.
